Atago no Matsu, which seems to be limited to Hokkaido. Jun Daigin is made from comet, a sake rice produced in Hokkaido.
The aroma is clean and quiet. As soon as a light sweetness appears, it quickly fades away to reveal a juicy umami flavor. The taste is light, but still satisfying.
I hope they will expand their business nationwide.
