Hajimete no Genmai
It is a blend of 49% polished Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo and 35% polished Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo with 50% each, unfiltered and aged at low temperature for 6 months.
It tasted best after a few days.
I'm going to try the regular Genmai as well.
