In the mouth, it has a green apple-like aroma.
Sourness emerges and citrus nuances can be detected.
The umami is moderate. It is firm enough not to feel heavy.
Bitterness emerges from the mid-palate. The finish is clean with a hint of spiciness.
It has a good sharpness. It can be drunk without getting tired of drinking.
Delicious.
It gives the impression of being dry, but when heated up, the taste softens and expands, which is also good.
It tastes like a standard Tosa sake.
