I had it warmed up. It has a strong acidity and is more refreshing than robust. I paired it with yellowtail and striped horse mackerel sashimi, but the acidity overpowered the sashimi. It went better with chicken Genghis Khan. I think it goes better with foods that have a strong sweetness to them. ★★★★
