Wadaya distribution in 2025 (3) The first Chiba Reds in 4 years. This is a limited edition from the Wadaya Hanpukai and was fermented in the bottle for a month and a half. The tropical sweet aroma is very Kangiku, and the bubbles are so lively and effervescent that it could be called sparkling sake. Immediately after opening the bottle, it was not as sweet as expected, but a little creamy and crisp. The third day after opening the bottle was the best balance of sweetness, umami, and fizziness 😁. I had a taste of OCEAN 99 on the second day, but I could enjoy the change of taste for about 5 days 🥰.
