A summer-only sake with a wine-like name, bottle, label, and a history of Nagano sake called snow fantasy in summer.
It is a summer limited edition sake called "snow fantasy in summer". It is a draft sake, and when I shook the bottle to open it, it started to bubble up.... This is the kind of sake that must be consumed quickly or it will be absolutely useless! I thought, and it was empty in 2 days lol.
When I drank it once without shaking it, it tasted like a dry cider with no sweetness, and when I drank it after mixing the cage thoroughly, the sweetness came in well like champagne.
As the label design suggests, it tastes fresh and delicious without being sake-like!
