I chose Shichiken for dinner. (For some reason, this one was also lying dormant in the refrigerator.) I served it with Sukiyaki-style stew as a side dish. It has a fruity ginjo aroma and is a little dry and refreshing, making it perfect for a mid-meal drink. It was delicious.
