This Junmai Daiginjo is brewed with 100% Yamadanishiki from Ishikawa Prefecture. The taste is straightforward, with a full aroma and a well-rounded umami flavor that comes at you in a single gulp. The image is that of a cavalry battle in the Warring States period.
You can enjoy a variety of sake rice, but this bottle reminded me of the goodness of Yamada-Nishiki. It is delicious. ‼️
