Long time no post. A friend of mine brought me this drink the other day, we used to see each other every day over 30 years ago, but we had a falling out and stopped seeing each other. Last November, also by chance, a mutual friend intervened and we had dinner together. In February, when I invited him to my house, I brought this drink. It's not flashy, but you can tell that it's made with home-grown rice, and that the brewer has put a lot of thought and care into it. This is the taste of Junmai Daiginjo. I drank it chilled, and it didn't boast of being a Junmai Daiginjo, but it left a bit of a bitter taste that became clear. I see.
