(A gift ^^;)
The brewer's sales pitch is that it has a "fruity and deep flavor, with an aroma that even exceeds that of a noble rotten wine" by using a 10-step brewing process instead of the usual 3 steps.
As recommended, when drunk chilled, it is quite a sweet sake, and there is a big difference between likes and dislikes.
It is an expensive sake, but its aroma and taste are not very peculiar, giving it a "great ordinary" image.
If you taste it consciously, you can certainly taste some complex flavors, but it is still quite sweet, so it is not a drink that can be consumed in large quantities.
