I was on a business trip to Gifu, so I went to a liquor store in Gifu to get a souvenir for myself!
I decided to get something that I don't often see at my local liquor store.
First Green
Gero sake brewery, Gifu sake rice Hidahomare
Drink at room temperature. I could taste the rice flavor (sweetness).
Soft, a little fruity, sweet but not too sweet, refreshing.
Easy to drink. Quite tasty.
It tastes more crisp and acidic when drunk chilled.
The extra photo is of Inuyama Castle. I didn't go there! I only passed in front of it.
