Jyushidai Nakadori Akaban Omachi Kamimoroshiro (Junmai Daiginjo)
The waiter secretly whispered to me, "We have a 'Jyushidai' today," and I ordered it without hesitation.
I was glad I did. It has a clear, clean and elegant aroma. Omachi has a powerful image, but I have a feeling that it requires a great deal of skill to make it this clear.
