I like the taste.
It is a pure Dai-spec, though it is not stated that it is polished up to 40% Hyakumangoku No Shiro. This is my first Hyakumangoku No Shiro and I am not sure. I will drink some more.
It is a bit thick. It is hi-iru and the piquancy is moderate.
I would like to try Ishikawa-mon next time.
