I never thought the day would come when I could drink Jyushiro Junmai Ginjo at home.
I bought it for 3,500 yen at a special agent, but the internet price and resale price was 35,000 yen. It was horrible.
So, when I opened the bottle, I was scared and took my time.
It was the first time for me to feel the fluffy sensation in my mouth, which is a unique and overwhelming feeling. The beautiful sweetness lingers and slowly fades away.
The number of people attracted by this taste increased, and Jyusyudai overturned the boom of light and dry sake at that time and created a new sake movement.
I wonder when I will be able to drink it again.
As always, I respect and appreciate the sake brewery, the toji (master brewer), the liquor store that gave it to me, and the timing, and drink it with care, drop by drop. Oxytocin is flowing.
