Since I profess to be a drinker, many of the various gifts I receive are alcoholic beverages. I sometimes leave it for a while, though I thought it was something new. This is also a gift.
I would have bought Otokoyama myself if it were Hachinohe Brewery, but...,
In conclusion, I am grateful for this encounter.
The fizziness was noticeable after opening the bottle, but after letting it sit for a while, it was good. It is light, clear, quiet, and delicious warmed sake. It is a cool heated sake, or perhaps a rare summer ginjo that is delicious when heated.
Good balance of sweet, spicy and acidic. No bitterness at all.
