NoriThe color is clear and slightly dull yellow. Smell is not so bad. Cutting. Peachy citrus sweetness spreads on the palate, with a slight cemedine-like complexity and a firm cut at the end. Not much bitterness, but a pleasant finish. The bitterness is not so strong, but it is pleasantly sharp and disappears in a flash. The bitterness stays on the tongue for quite a while. Excellent. A delicious sake.
