もよもよ
Abiragawa is a sake made in collaboration with three farmers and Niseko in a local sake project. If you think this is a sake you have never heard of before, it is because it is a collaboration.
I don't think the aroma was very strong. The taste is not fruity, but rather the sweetness of the rice is more pronounced. There is no spiciness from the alcohol, and it has a gentle amazake-like flavor.
It is good to drink it cold, but I felt that drinking it at room temperature or slightly warmed up is just right for the sweetness to stand out. It is easier to pair it with various meals.
