Not unique in a good sense, in the middle of the road.
This is as the sake brewer said.
I was told the same thing at another tasting before, so maybe it's the brewery's concept or something.
The ginjo has a mellow flavor and aroma of the royal road type.
It is delicious!
The brewer said that they served it while drinking it all the time.
It's true that you can never get tired of drinking it!
The dry junmai is also a royalty!
I want to drink it anytime!
I enjoyed the rest of the tour, but I'm in trouble in a way because I know about sake again!
