Yellow in color and aroma with a strong umami flavor...? It is a little bit sweet and sour!
However, the taste is quite sweet and sour! The citric acidity stimulates the inside of the mouth, as if it is made with white malted rice! I think it tastes more like white wine than sake. I think it tastes more like white wine than sake 🍾.
As the name says, it's good with seafood, so I'm going to try pairing it with various things!
