Gohyakumangoku 60%.

Melon-like sweetness and thick fruit aroma.

Rich sweetness and a little sourness (it can be expressed as umami together)
It spreads
Aftertaste
Although it is weak, sourness and bitterness spread slowly.
Comment
Some people may feel that it has a thick sweetness, but the thick umami and lingering bitterness are characteristic of this sake. I think it goes well with mushrooms and other foods with a strong umami taste. I drank it at a low temperature, but I think it is best served at room temperature.
Mellow sake (rich) type
If you think it is full-bodied, it may be too refreshing.
