SAMURAIZI bought a bottle of "Chogin" at the Spring New Sake Festival and bought it as a souvenir.
It is a jun-dai sake priced under 2,000 yen, but it has a very elegant mouthfeel and is a sweet-tasting sake. There is almost no acidity or astringency, with a hint of bitterness and a lingering aftertaste that slowly fades away. The bottle has a chunky shape and a charming label. It has a nice feeling.
