Off-line meeting of "Sake-no-wa Kansai_Hankai Train Charter" held on August 26, 2023.
The plan was for each participant to bring a four-pack of sake and drink it all.
I am really sorry, but this is the 12th bottle of my check-in, which is limited to 2 or 3 more bottles.

It is "Tenbi Junmai Daiginjo Banshu Aizan" from Choshu Shuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture!
This is the third of four sake releases of jun-dai with different sake rice, same rice polishing and same yeast, and I had not been able to drink this one!
Miki Fujioka, the head brewer of Choshu Brewery, graduated from the Department of Brewing at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Brewing and worked at other breweries for about 20 years before being headhunted by the newly born Choshu Brewery to brew Amami.
His personality can be seen in the episode where he refused the headhunt because he thought he would cause trouble to others if he could not live up to their expectations. ☺️
He has a very impressive smile and always brews with "all the love and gratitude he can muster.
Tenbi is only 3 years old, but it is already a popular brand!
Now, here is Amami Junmai Daiginjo Aizan.
As you can imagine, a gorgeous and beautiful ginjo aroma spreads.
On the palate, it is full of rich, juicy sweetness and umami, with a hint of gas.
It was delicious 😊.
