Now, on the second day. The wine has been exposed to air, and it has opened up. The usual green apple aroma. The bumblebee-like mouthfeel is calmed down, and a good freshness comes in. Above all, the balance of the five tastes is very good. Then, this year, I felt an astringent taste. I was a little confused, but the sweetness is not an unpleasant taste.
I am looking forward to the change in the usual standard.
