Limited distribution in Hokuriku. Easy-drinking sake!
My own theory is that ginjo-shu has the aroma of LaFrance.
It is not as tasty when drunk chilled.
It is absolutely delicious lukewarm! I thought for the first time.
A few days later.
There is little change in taste, probably because it's alsobeerated.
The aftertaste is like Tengu Mai...it also has an atmosphere like potato shochu.
