Y.TokushigeFirst, drink it cold. It has a gentle and mellow rice flavor. It has a fruity sweetness with a hint of fragrance. It is delicious.
I heated it up. The acidity swells and tightens up, but it's still an orthodox junmai sake.
Personally, I prefer it cold rather than heated!
