17% alcohol by volume. It was served cold 🍶 with a nice umami and acidity at first, followed by a moderate dryness.
I had it today with white chocolate as a souvenir, and it was quite good! I felt that other dishes with stronger flavors would complement this sake better 😊.
I think it would go well with teriyaki yellowtail this time of year 🤤.
I have an early morning tomorrow, so that's about it for today.
