Isshuikusuisei Junmai Ginjo Funatare
Junmai Ginjo-Nama Nama-shu, which can only be drunk in winter. FUNATARE is bottled sake that naturally flows out of the tank without any pressure when the mash is strained. It does not have much aroma and the sweetness is not strong. Nevertheless, the freshness is like a clear stream in the mouth. The balance of sweetness, umami, sourness, and bitterness is similar to Hirotogawa. It is not a modern, aromatic, sweet sake, but it is a sake that anyone can enjoy.
