A small bottle of Tefu San that came in a goody bag.
The aroma is mild, and the taste is also mild at first but a little deep with sweetness coming later. But basically, it has a quiet taste and doesn't interfere with the food.
I paired it with steak, but if anything, it went better with the eringi mushrooms that absorbed the sauce than the meat.
