It looks like it will be summer before the rainy season starts today.
It was not the right time to drink today, but yesterday, Father's Day, there was a very expensive beef stew pie wrapper at the deli, so my wife had it with red wine. 😁
What should I do? I thought about it and dared to take the summer sake Akabu/Jade out of the fridge.

Wow, the sourness and sweetness seem to stand up on the tongue independently of each other.
Rather than being well-balanced, they spread in the mouth, each asserting itself.
I was puzzled by this interesting development, but finished half of the bottle in no time at all.
In the second half, as the temperature rises, the mixture of the two is also delicious.
Every time I am amazed by Akabu. 😁
