Memorandum of November 10
After a series of warm days that did not seem like November
Friday was a cold Friday,
My mouth was completely hot 🍶.
And speaking of hot sake, here it is 💁!
Kikuhime Yamahai Junmai Sake from Ishikawa Prefecture ✨!
The sake bottle and cup are from Hasami-ware Hakusan Pottery.
First, at room temperature.
Golden color when poured into the cup ✨.
The aroma is mellow and reminiscent of caramel.
When you take a sip, you will feel the acidity and the rich flavor!
The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing 😊.
Then enjoy it at different temperatures.
Personally, I prefer it hot-warmed for the aroma and umami to spread out.
Delicious!
I miss this kind of mellow sake in the cold winter!
I'm going to try a lot of heated sake this season ✨.
