I received this sake as a gift 🎁.
The label looks like a calligraphy, powerful and cool 💕💕.
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 15%.
Not much aroma when poured into a glass.
When you drink it, you can smell the enveloping aroma of junmai-like rice 🌾.
The sweetness comes in a flurry at first, but it quickly finishes with a crisp and clean aftertaste 🍃.
It's drinkable without being sticky, so it can be served with a meal as well. 🙆🏻♀️
It might also be good heated.
I noticed it after I finished it, so I'll keep it for next time 🫠.
