ちゃそ
Sake I brought to a drinking party at a relative's house.
It is Yuho.
Some relatives are coming back to their hometowns from outside of the prefecture, so I thought it would be nice to welcome them with a local sake, so I chose this one.
This sake has the umami flavor typical of Yuho, but as the temperature rises a little, the sweetness also comes out and it is easy to drink.
Yuho is also a delicious sake when heated, but the recent hot weather has not inspired me to do so.
It is an excellent food sake that goes well with sashimi, meat, simmered dishes, fried foods, and everything in between.
