This sake has a floral ginjo aroma, but it is relatively restrained.
All Gohyaku-mangoku grown in Niigata Prefecture is used, and the quality of the sake is still light and dry. It is best to warm it up a little and enjoy its gradually spreading flavor.
It is very refreshing, and you can taste a little bit of sake spirit at the end.
