This is my first fall deer.
The aroma gives a sense of maturity.
When you take it in your mouth, the aroma of ripening aroma leaves your nose while the rice flavor spreads on your tongue, and then it snaps off and leaves a nice bitter taste.
It goes well with the firefly squid off the coast!
In the heated sake recommended by the liquor store, it tastes better when it is thoroughly warmed. Warming up causes a noticeable tingling sensation on the tongue, while warming up causes a less intense sensation on the tongue.
As it is heated, the tingling is less pronounced and the flavor is more pronounced.
Personally, I prefer it hot.
