This time, it's the Junmai Ginjo in the green bottle. It has the same rich flavor and sweetness of the original, but is much easier to drink.
I guess it's natural that this one is also 4-stage brewed.
We usually drink beautiful Kaorozu, but sometimes it is good to taste the flavor of rice with a solid mellow sake.
