It has a light effervescence and a robust flavor that is typical of the original sake, but I think it is quite easy to drink.
I think I can only drink it at this time of the year.
The accompaniment was oysters (oysters 🦪♡) from my cousin in Tango!
The robust flavor went perfectly with the seafood.
