You can clearly taste the sweetness and flavor on the tip of your tongue, but the aftertaste is refreshing. I could drink it easily as I like.
The rice, koji and yeast are all made in Ibaraki, and the sake is full of local love. If I ever come across this sake again, I'd love to pair it with Ibaraki's cuisine.
