This is a very matured sake. But it is not old.
When you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised by the rich sweet and sour taste! Then the sweetness goes even further! The aftertaste also leaves plenty of sugar on the tongue.

The bitterness, alcoholiness, and umami should really be higher than the chart indicates. But all of them are drowned out by the sweetness.
It was so sweet that I gave up drinking it as it was about halfway through. I had it mixed with soda.
