This is a brewery of Jyobari (Jyobari itself has been gone for a while?).
It is super dry, so the first sip is a bit harsh.
But it settles down the next day, and you can taste the umami and a hint of sweetness.
It is good that you don't get tired of drinking it, regardless of who you drink it with.
