The name of this brand is "AGEO", which means "osake from Ageo" in Saitama. This brand is made in cooperation with Sake Ouen-dan, a sake brewing and sales promotion company.
This sake was a low-alcohol type, but the taste was robust. It had a gorgeous aroma and tasted like grapes. The aftertaste is sour and sweet like amazake.
The liquor store chose this sake because it goes well with BBQ. The fruity difference is certainly a good match for meat with BBQ sauce. It was a very good sake.
