I was able to purchase this year's bottle and opened it immediately.
Slightly carbonated, fresh.
Sweetness followed by a bitterness.
It's good to drink by itself, but it doesn't interfere with a meal.
I had chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) for dinner and while I was enjoying it, the "Omasari" that I boiled in salted water and saved as a snack for sake came out from the bottom instead of ginkgo 😭It's not bad but it's strange😅.
I wanted to eat normal boiled peanuts🥜...
