The nose is fresh, with a hint of rummy, perhaps drawn by the visual appeal of the blue bottle. When you drink it, you can taste the firm umami and acidity, and the lingering aftertaste is more like a savory finish than a strong alcohol taste or bitterness that gives it a sharp edge.
The balance of acidity, sweetness and spiciness is very good.

This is from the June edition of the Sake Sho Yamada hanpukai.
It is not a summer sake that is dry and sharp or low-alcohol and light, but it is one of the best summer sake I have had so far.
