Purchased at a supermarket in Takayama City.
The aroma is a melon type ginjo aroma with a strong rice flavor.
The top clear taste is dry with a strong umami flavor.
When it is mixed with muddy water, a rich sweetness is added.
It can be called a dry doburoku.
Be careful when drinking the supernatant because the muddiness is too thick.
