It's my first Tokushima sake!
I was surprised when I drank it to see what kind of sake it was. 🙀
It's unique and delicious. 😋
Even though it's rice, it smells like bread.
I thought it was close to brioche scent.
I guess it's closer to the aroma you get when you drink champagne.
The flavor, acidity and sharpness are assertive and interesting in the mouth.
