The fruity, aromatic, refreshing, and delicious flavor of the first day is the strongest. The balance is the strongest, not too heavy and not too light.
I paired it with a hot pot of beef and it didn't lose at all.
This is the second bottle I've had in the last six months, and I definitely like it the best.
On the second day, the fruity and aroma was lessened and the sweetness increased, so I prefer to finish it on the first day after opening the bottle.
It was delicious!
