Daina「辛口ちょうだいな」 純米吟醸 おりがらみ生
くるま麩
It was "Ona", which I had enjoyed before.
And above all, the label was eye-catching, so I bought it.
Junmai Ginjo Oragami Nama Sake
The name of the sake is "Dry Tasting Daina".
The aroma is impressive with soft fruity notes of banana.
The mouthfeel is moist and dry, with a smooth umami taste that is typical of ogara-mi. ✨️
The aroma through the nose is also high, with a sweetness reminiscent of bananas and a good lingering umami taste ☺.
The above characteristics are more intense and enjoyable on the second day than when just opened.
The label on the back of the bottle says, "Sakes to be enjoyed with the senses, not with the head." "Enjoy with the senses" is a phrase I would like to keep in mind not only for this series.
