I want to say, "I found another great sake!
It is a fresh, fruity, and quite sweet sake. The subtle petitiveness just before the slight foaming sensation is very enticing to the palate.
And the alcohol content is 19%, so you get a big thump right after drinking it!
We're all going to have a good time getting drunk today! and opened a bottle of this one, and we all toasted with glasses full of it! Let's go drink it up!
I thought to myself, "If I could do this with ......... when I was in my late 20s or early 30s, it would be a happy party...".
I've heard that there are a lot of sake in Nagano (not just wine), and I think it has high potential.
The peaceful scenery of Kawakami-cho in Minamisaku-gun is one of my precious things.
I'd love to drink there again.
