Purchased at a liquor store near my parents' house.
It was served cold. It was not fruity or sweet, but sharp and acidic. It is good to drink as a food sake while eating canned whale meat stewed in Yamato (soy sauce) and horse mackerel sashimi. It has a pleasant feeling of resetting the palate. It is good to drink with a meal, as it needs a little more sweetness to be drunk by itself.
