The second Sushi Matsumoto is Isojiman. This is the brand that brought Yusuke Sato back into the world of sake. Without Isojiman, there would be no Shinmasa today.
This sake has a sharp taste as if it were aluzoe. It is also good for hot summer. It is delicious.
