I learned about this sake from the drama "Arabashiri".
Just as in the drama, the moment you drink it, it is refreshing and smooth on the palate.
lightness as if a prairie spread out. Personally, it was a bonanza.
It was the first time for me to drink unfiltered raw sake, but it was easy to drink because of its alcohol content of 16°C (16°F).
